Senior Stylist + Color Educator
Jesse began his professional hair career in 1996. Born and bred in Arizona, Jesse moved to the PNW in 1991 and considers himself a native Seattlite.
His love of hair is infinite; he owned his own salon for 8 years, and also worked as a color educator for 12 years.
At RPS, Jesse’s expertise in cut, color, and styling is leveraged as a mentor and new talent trainer.

Stylist
Beginning his hair career in 2000, Michael originally trained with Gene Juarez, before working with AVEDA, including a stint as a salon mentor/educator. His love of hair was also put to work doing stage/photo and fashion work at Paul Mitchell.
Michael’s artistic versatility means you are in capable hands whether it’s precision cutting, color or other texture services.

Shawn has 30+ years experience in multiple disciplines of cutting, styling, and re-texturing hair.
RPS is fortunate to also have Shawn as our educational director and head of the mentor and training program.
